Why gymnastics?
It’s not an accident that almost every child has participated in some kind of gymnastics class in their childhood! Gymnastics teaches kids fundamental movement patterns, builds strength, flexibility, mobility and works the whole body! Because of this, gymnastics is a great foundation for active little kiwis!

With over 20 years in the biz, we know the ins and outs of everything gymnastics and have delivered our classes to literally thousands of happy kiwi families! Our coaches undergo regular up-skilling training and our classes focus on teaching the correct technique, meaning your child can develop a solid foundation before moving on to more complex skills.

Our classes
Our Mini Gym location is the perfect starting point for your child’s gymnastics! The quieter location is the perfect learning environment for younger kids, allowing them to build a solid gym foundation before graduating to our larger locations once they turn 8.
